The event was completely self-organized and community driven. The QA teams from Malaysia and Romania participated. Volunteers from each team chose interesting technical topics to present and there was nice moderation with some fun moments from team members from both countries. As the event has been announced in the BeQuality community at the Bertelsmann Collaboration Platform (BCP), collaborators from all over the world were able to join.
We started with 4 topics:
Gherkin Language and BDD Introduction - With Example from Automation
WinAppDriver - Presentation of Automation Example
TestManagement - Difference between Agile and DevOps
Performance Testing - presentation of the solution from one of our projects
Between technical topics, each team gave a humorous view on its country and culture. We received good feedback from our guests from outside the Global Delivery and would love to organize a similar event soon! In the future, we also plan to have testing workshops where we can perform hands on exercises together.
